The Sands Course is open seasonally.  The start of the golf season begins in April and runs through mid October.  The Inn at Gamble Sands is Open year round and offers a wide variety of events in the off-season.

Fly To Seattle or Spokane and Drive to Gamble

Gamble Sands is located in Brewster, Washington so depending on what airport works best for your travel plans, be prepared to rent a car.  Gamble Sands is a 3 hour and 42 minute drive from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and a 2 hour and 25 minute drive from Spokane International Airport (GEG).

Book a Stay and Play Package and Stay a Few Nights

Gamble Sands offers 3 great stay and play package options to fit your individual schedule and to save money.  Whether you want to stay one night and play one round or stay 2 nights and play 3 rounds, the choice is yours.

Make Time To Attend a Live Musical Performance on The Patio

Every other weekend from June to September enjoy live musical performances held on the patio at the Danny Boy Bar and Grill.  There is no charge for attending these performances.  Enjoy your dinner, beverages, and the view over the Columbia River while listening to live, local talent perform.

Book a Caddie

Gamble Sands is a completely different golf experience, one where strolling alongside a caddie feels as natural as the pristine setting of this special place. If it is your first time at the course we strongly recommend you consider hiring a caddie for the first round.  We feel strongly that using a caddie dramatically enhances the overall experience at Gamble Sands.

Save Time To Play The Cascade Putting Course

On a bluff high above the Columbia River Gorge the 100,000 square foot Cascade Putting Course is a wildly shaped, pure fescue putting course inspired by the ancient and famed Himalayas Putting Course at St. Andrews. It allows golfers and non-golfers to enjoy the game together.  Each room at The Inn features a patio, the first floor room spilling out onto the putting green.

Traditional Golf Attire Required

Denim is not permitted. No sweatpants, swimsuits, cut-offs, halter tops, tank tops, t-shirts or athletic shorts allowed.

You’ll find an eclectic selection of goods and keepsakes at the golf shop. Our hats, logo merchandise, Will Leather Goods, Sterling Cut Glass and other unique items make for great gifts.
